How do I amend my
'Personal Info Form'?

To amend, edit or update your 'PERSONAL INFO FORM' you need to go to your confirmation email and press "Update My Submission" under the heading "How to make changes to my 'Personal Info Forms'?"

Then you will be able to edit the information of your children attending the visit up until the deadlines stated below only.

 

Please Note: You will not be able to add any additional children yourself you will need to contact us, via your Elf Whats App Group Only. If children are added to your 'Personal Info Forms' without speaking with an Elf they will not be included in your booking.

Additional children are charged separately to your original method payment once we have your approval, invoices will be sent to your Elf Whats App group.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

We cannot accept any edits to child's information after the cut off date of 6pm Friday 17th of November as per terms of conditions agreed when booking. If you try to do this after the deadline dates you will be notified that the deadline has passed. Unfortunately after this date we cannot make any changes as your Personlaised items will be in production.
